Web Changes

This is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web site. If you've visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first.

(Updated 10-31-07) Diamond Adds a 3-axle RGN to the Fleet - Diamond is testing the heavy-haul waters with the help of our agents at LTB Transportation and will look to expand if this venture is successful.  Diamond has purchased a new XL Specialized 3-axle removable gooseneck trailer for our fleet.  The trailer is 50' 6" long with a 26' well which is 26 inches off the ground.  The rating on the trailer is 100,000 pounds and as you see can scale a significantly larger weight capacity.
In addition, two drivers have purchased multi-axle trailers and one more had added a fourth axle to his truck.  Tony Barbera has purchased a 4-axle rgn to become our fleet's first 8-axle combination.  David Dake has purchased an rgn with a 3rd flip axle.  Both trailers were purchased direct from XL Specialized.  Also, Dan Latham has added a fourth axle to his truck and is now tethered to our 3-axle rgn.
This will give Diamond two 6-axle, one 7-axle and on 8-axle combinations.

WMCA Honors Diamond with Safety Award - Diamond will receive the Division II 2005 Fleet Safety Award presented by the Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association.  The division II award, announced on June 30th, consists of fleets that drove between 500,000 and 1,000,000 miles over the calendar year 2005.  Diamond owner operators drove 503,474 miles in Wisconsin without a single accident last year.  Diamond will accept a plaque at the Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association Luncheon and Annual Meeting held on October 26, 2006 at State Fair Park in Milwaukee, WI.
